All bookings must be made through our official channels. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

Acceptable payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Payments must be made in full before the commencement of services.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur charges.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service.

3. Service Scope

Our services include transportation of goods, furniture removal, and small-scale moving assistance within the Greenwich area.

We are not responsible for oversized or hazardous materials.
Clients must ensure that all items are properly packed and labeled.

Liability

Greenwich Man with Van is not liable for any damage or loss beyond the scope of our insurance coverage.

Clients are encouraged to insure valuable items separately.
We are responsible for any damage caused by our negligence.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that access to the pickup and delivery locations is clear and accessible.

Provide accurate information regarding the location and any specific requirements.
Ensure that parking permits are obtained if necessary.

Timeliness

We strive to adhere to the scheduled times but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Clients will be notified of any delays as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information solely to provide and improve our services.

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
All personal data is stored securely and in compliance with relevant data protection laws.

6. Changes to Terms
